Was trying to book a free consultation but the receptionist on the phone dated 1/2/23 @ 10.07am put me off after criticising me, telling me to have a lens fitted when I wanted lasik. Who are you? Are you even qualified to ask me what you did and then to say you couldn’t help me is astonishing. Well I won’t be back thank you very much. And Optimax i suggest you train your telephonist properly and stop them acting like they’re surgeons.

All the staff are very helpful and give you all the information you need on the treatment. The surgeon is very helpful talking you through the treatment and telling you what to do.

4 Days post operation and my lense replacement surgery results are very good and improving daily. From the initial consultation to the next day assessment, the care and attention to detail provided my the staff at Southampton has been excellent.

The ‘surgery’ itself was pain free and I was relaxed the whole time.

For the next few weeks the eyes will settle, but my far vision is very good and my near vision good. I’m typing this on a small smart phone with no problems.

I cannot recommend the Belfast Optimax clinic enough. I have been for several consultations with various companies over the years and from the first phonecall with Optimax I knew straight away I wanted to go ahead with treatment with them. Massive thanks to all of the staff of Optimax Southampton branch. They were all very warm and accommodating. To the Eye Surgeon who walked me through every step of the procedure, thank you. I am a Registered Nurse I struggled with my glasses every time it flogs when I am wearing mask. Now I feel more confident and efficient on the work that I do. I do recommend the Lasik procedure. It was pricey but it really outweighs the cons of wearing glasses.

I had my LASEK treatment at the end of September 2022 at the Manchester Clinic. The staff and surgeon were amazing throughout the entire process, very professional, caring and friendly. I was made to feel super comfortable and at ease and all my questions were answered before going ahead with anything. There were lots of checks prior to the surgery to ensure I was having the correct treatment for my eyes. It is now almost 4 months after surgery and I have better than 20:20 vision! Absolutely over the moon! The aftercare at this clinic is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy to help. I’ve already recommended to friends and family!
